
RUN COACHING
After running for a few years and sweating a bunch of races, I decided to take things to the next level and study and learn about the sport of running. I’ve been a football coach, a writing coach, a high school teacher, so this is a continuation of a life journey.
My goal is to share the benefits of the sport with people of all ages and help them reach their running objectives. My philosophy as a runner and as a coach is based on the fact that we are not elite runners, life gets in the way, and running should be fun, even if we strive to be consistent, work hard, and build on mile after mile. As cliché as it is, we are always running our own races, our own paces, our own workouts. There’s community in running, but it’s also very personal.
